Most importantly, William CALLED US BACK! So many others couldn’t be bothered. Came right out, measured, listened, and gave us a more than fair price, right away.  On install date, he was out here with his crew and made sure everything was done right and all cleaned up and ready to go. We highly recommend Made in the Shade. William and Chris are super. We were a little nervous because 2 shutters had arches and had to be custom made; however, everything fit seamlessly and their workmanship was impeccable. From the time William came to share the product, measure our window and place the order, the experience was seamless. The order came early. We were given the option to bump a week therefore getting it sooner which was exciting. On the day of install we got a reminder text to confirm. The installer finished early on the job before ours. We’d give more than 5-stars!! We just had a solar shade installed by Made in the Shade, and we couldn’t be happier! The whole process was quick, smooth, and done with real care. The team that we dealt with was friendly and professional. William took the time to walk us through everything, from how the remote and app work to how the unit was installed. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and wants to ensure that his customers are completely satisfied.  The shade looks and works great, and the price was very reasonable. I was satisfied with the work done.The material is high-quality, the curtains are heavy and work quietly, sluding along the side rails.You can separately control the curtains by raising and lowering them with the remove control. The work was done well. My request to come and evaluate the work was responded to quickly and the work was done within 3 weeks. Could not ask for a better experience working with William from Made in the shade. After meeting with other companies, William explained and showed us everything to know about plantation shutters. The pricing was less expensive from all the other companies.  From ordering shutters to installing them could not ask for a better service. We love our new shutters. Will was great.  He helped me choose the perfect solar shade color for my large double sliders.  Also the entire process and communication was very smooth. I had gotten previous quotes and looked at samples from other window treatment companies before being referred to Made in the Shade. One thing that was ‘different’ than the other companies was Will’s products. The shade colors were better, and especially the matching valances looked so much better than the other companies.   Overall his products were clearly better.   And he uses a local manufacturer, so the turnaround time was also much better. This process made me realize how different the companies and products are. Outstanding job by William and Brandon installing new SunPro Motorized shades in our lanai.  Totally exceeded our expectations.  We were able to order and have them installed in a few weeks time where other suppliers had much longer lead times.  I really appreciated the status updates and communication from William who is not only extremely knowledgeable but friendly and and helpful walking us through using the remote in the lanai and the wireless app to control our shades remotely.
